The teenager continued

The teenager stands alone in the dark, the light at the end of the room seems to be as far as the last light he'd seen from where he came from. Shall he trust in what lies in the future or shall he hold on to what he believed in the past? He stood rooted, comtemplating. Soon, he realised that if he does not choose, he would be left forever in the dark, yet he still could not make up his mind. The longer he stayed in the dark, the more he got used to the suroundings... It seemed that he had surrendered himself to darkness, rather sacrificing his present than to sacrifice his past or his future... Upon a close-up, one would be able to see his contorted face and feel the agony he's experiencing, but the agony and fruastation over time became lesser and lesser, till one day, a smile replaced the frown and u see a relieved look on his face. U thought tht he has finally made up his mind and would start walking but no, he lay down on the floor, totally defeated. He had lost himself in trying to find himself...just like me...

okae, straight to the topic, results, i got 5 a1, 5 a2, nothing worth crying over but yeah, certainly nothing worth cheering about... 5-5 reminds me of micheal's cue-bid(bridge convention) where u have a 5-5-2-1 or 5-5-3-0 distribution in ur hand and i nvr got to use the convention....which speaks volumes about my results. But nvm, wats done is done it's time to move on and so lets motivate ourselves for A' levels.
Therefore my aim for A'levels would be to redress the insult by Cambridge on 2 science subs, physics and chem. Cambridge seems to have this concept that my phy and chem are substandard compared to others and has therefore awarded an a2 for both subs in the O' levels. However, i question the validity of the concept for I have always achieved high a1s for tests and exams throughout sec 3 and 4. My sec 3 EOY results for phy is 86 and for prelims, its 83. Who would believe that I scored <75 for O'levels. Still, I would not spend $108 per sub to send a request for review to Cambridge just for 2 more a1s, i have better sense than tht. So, come next yr, Cambridge had better get ready for my A level + S paper phys and chem and grade me properly.... In an ironic situation, I dropped bio which I unfortunately got an a1 for the O's. Well..thts besides the pt...

One a lighter note, CO in RJ is becoming more and more fun in a sense. Everyone around is just so zai, the music that comes out is so much more nice than in RICO. Though i do not agree with some of zhou lao shi's interpretation of the song, i do agree with him in the fact that the conductor should have absolute control of the orchestra. He does have his way of creating a "feel" for the orchestra and i guess we have to respect him for that. Perc section is very dead and stone.....quite sad in a way... I know and talk to more ppl from other sections than my own section...dotz... and my section is known for dispersing straight after prac... a practice that is totally uncommon in RICO... oh yeah, and we dun have weekday sectionals... and we dun have a teacher(okae we have one, but he doesn't exactly teach perc) But well, I'll survive on my erhu, tuner, sticks, a few unfortunate books and metronomeonline.com for "home sectionals". CO music just makes u feel better, i guess, after every practice I'll return home in a better mood...

Ending off. i guess i better start mugging for A level chem and physics...i actually listened to liang zhu(butterfly lovers' Gaohu concerto) 2wice while typing this entry....
