back from another camp, this time as a belayer..... though the pay was considerably lesser, it was quite fun too. There is so much more freedom and time to talk and interact with people around, as in not the kids lar, the GIs and EFIs mainly... oh, i managed to get a chance to climb the rock wall too. so fun... hahaz... scaled it in like 30 sec :P got a cut on my elbow because of it also, one of my footing slipped on the way up, prolly cos i climbed too fast =S oh well, instructor cannot throw face mah, so many kids watching you climb... haha... the kids were so cute lar. During belaying, i'll have a belay team of kids behind me and they'll go, "instructor/cher, ur hand bleeeeeeding!" with a "are u gonna die?" face.. haha, then must go reassure them and stuff.. lolz, the only downside was tht i needed to travel all the way into campsite which is a good 45 mins bus ride from chua chu kang myself o_0 And i had to rush for tuition at upper east coast after knocking off too... Luckily, i had a fellow belayer for company when i left the campsite. Seriously, the ulu campsite is 3 hrs from my house via public transport lar o_0
